The Minded Institute in London online training courses:
Completed 10 week block of Yoga4Health classes with NHS colleagues in Aberdeenshire. The class started off face to face but due to Covid lockdown we ended the course online. A great group of ladies came along and were introduced to yoga.
Completed Yoga4Health training with Minded Institute in Glasgow and am qualified to teach a 10 week seated/standing yoga for mental health and wellbeing.

Beautiful Knaresborough (photo below) in Yorkshire after attending yoga therapy centre for a week. I was lucky enough to get opportunity to train on new Gentle years yoga for supporting people with long term health conditions with British Wheel of Yoga. This class is for people who have mobility limiting health condition. If you or you know someone who is looking for a more gentle form of yoga please get in touch.

Yoga Nidra with the Yoga Nidra Network with wonerful teachers Uma & Nirlipta Tuli and currently offer Yoga Nidra sessions monthly Friday's 8.30pm
Yoga Nidra (meaning sleep) is a way to engage our conscious mind in letting go through relaxation, releasing stress, tension, pain and may help in reducing insomnia.
I completed Sound sessions with Anne Malone through Yoga Campus in London and have learnt how to incorporate sound into yoga and how to deliver sound bath sessions for either one to one or in group sessions. The benefits of sound is very healing, so perfect for those who don't want movement but to be able to release tension through listening and feeling the natural vibrations of sound.
I completed Menopause Yoga training with Yoga Campus and can now offer women circles to support women through and post menopause.

May 2021 - National Mental Health Week as part of Aberdeenshire Wellbeing Festival I offered a Yoga Menopause for Sleep workshop, Gentle Years seated yoga class and a Yoga Nidra session. Lovely to meet some new and existing students to these sessions.
