If you find a yoga class is not for you why not try some one to one therapy which is based on your needs.
Yoga traditionally was shared one to one and not in group classes which is now practiced in the western world. I offer therapy sessions using traditional tools from yoga.
Each initial session involves a consultation to listen to your specific concerns and a general session lasts between 1-2 hours. A program will be provided for you and a follow up session is advised to see if you need further practices or modifications. These may include some of the following: breathwork, sound therapy, satya movements, bodywork, relaxation, restorative poses, yoga nidra or specific solutions based on your needs.
Each program is developed personally and unlike a class will benefit you alone.
